VOICE SAFETY
Voice Consent Policy
Last updated 2 September 2026
Consent is mandatory
We clone only your own voice or a voice whose owner has given explicit, informed and recorded permission. Consent must identify the owner, the Voxline workspace, the intended uses and the right to withdraw future use.
Prohibited cloning
Do not submit a public figure, employee, customer, family member or any other person without valid authority and consent. Impersonation, fraud, harassment, deceptive endorsement and evasion of identity or safety controls are prohibited.
Verification and records
We may request a live consent recording, identity confirmation and proof of authority. Consent records are restricted to authorised operations and retained while the clone remains active and as needed to resolve safety or legal issues.
Withdrawal
The voice owner can ask us to disable and delete the clone by contacting support. We will stop future generation after verification, subject to limited legal, security and backup retention. Content already lawfully exported cannot always be recalled.
