1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Voxline Studio and any paid plan, minute pack or service. By creating an account or purchasing, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
2. The service
Voxline Studio helps draft, produce and organise voice and video content. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing content, claims, permissions and platform suitability before publishing. Nothing publishes without your approval.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account secure. Do not use the service unlawfully; infringe rights; create deceptive, abusive or unsafe content; probe or disrupt the service; or clone a voice without documented authority and consent.
4. Plans, billing and tax
Prices are in USD and exclude VAT or other taxes where applicable. Subscriptions renew for the displayed period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the paid period ends. Exported-minute allowances, top-ups and plan features are described at purchase. Stripe processes payments and may calculate applicable tax.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide and finished output, subject to third-party rights. You grant us the limited permission needed to process, store and transform that content to provide the service. You confirm you have the necessary rights and consents.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms prospectively and will give reasonable notice of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
