Who controls your data
Voxline Studio is the data controller. This notice explains how account, payment, content and usage information is handled.
Data we process
We may process your name, email, account identifiers, billing status, support messages, workspace settings, scripts, uploaded media, generated output, consent records, service logs and limited product-usage events. Stripe handles full payment-card details; Voxline Studio does not store them.
Voice data
Voice recordings and derived voice models can be biometric personal data when used to identify or replicate a person. We process voice-cloning material only to provide the requested feature and only with the voice owner’s explicit, recorded consent. See our Voice Consent Policy.
Why we process data
We process data to perform our contract, operate and secure the service, provide support, prevent abuse, comply with law and improve the product. Where special-category biometric data is involved, we require explicit consent. You may withdraw consent for future processing, although this does not undo prior lawful processing.
Service providers and transfers
We use specialist providers for hosting, authentication, payments, AI text generation, voice generation and video rendering, including OpenAI, Stripe, ElevenLabs and Creatomate. They process data under their own terms and our service arrangements. Some processing may occur outside the UK; appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used where required.
Retention and security
We retain account and transaction records while needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Project content and voice material are retained only as long as needed for the workspace or consented feature, then deleted or de-identified according to operational backups and provider retention. Credentials are encrypted at rest and never returned to the browser after saving.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Use the contact page to exercise a right; we may need to verify your identity.
